Today, 10th December, LIASA is proud to take part in the 1st Dual Vocational Training Fair, held at the Llotja of the Reus Chamber of Commerce. This event provides a unique opportunity to connect companies, educational centres, and students interested in dual vocational training.
Our HR specialist, Amalia Fontanillas, is representing LIASA at this important event, reaffirming our commitment to training future professionals and actively collaborating in their labour market integration. At LIASA, we believe in reciprocal training, not only teaching but also learning from the next generations.
The event features a comprehensive programme of activities, including round table discussions and success stories. A highlight of the day is the 11:30 am round table, titled "Success Stories", where students share their dual training experiences, showcasing the potential of this educational model for their future careers. Additionally, at 1:00 pm, another round table, "Dual Training: Challenges and Future Opportunities for Companies", brings together experts to explore how companies can benefit from this training system.
