In LIASA we are launching two new products made of 100% recycled materials: the 100% recycled polyester satin ribbon and the 100% recycled polyester gros grain ribbon. These new items are born from our desire to continue improving day after day and to expand our range of products in order to reduce the impact of society on the ecosystem and the environment.
Recycled products are born from a process in which used materials are transformed into new raw materials. For our recycled polyester tapes we use recycled yarn composed of post-industrial waste from the textile chain and material obtained by selective collection of PET plastic packaging.
Due to to the diverse origin of these materials, we are able to create new products without stopping the recycling cycle of the textile chain.
With our recycled, recyclable, biodegradable and natural materials we offer products that meet the environmental conservation standards established by the European Union. In addition, we help reducing energy and water consumption, decrease greenhouse gas emissions, conserve non-renewable natural resources and minimize the ecological impact of non-biodegradable waste.
