ROVIRA I VIRGILI STUDENTS VISIT LIASA’S FACILITIES

[gallery ids="61667,61930,61931"]Students that are currently studying for a Master’s degree in International Markets at Rovira i Virgili University (URV) have visited LIASA’s facilities. It is an international group including different nationalities.As well as observing the operation of a centenary company, they are working on a final project for the subject called Business ethics and corporate responsibility about LIASA La Industrial Algodonera. The students must develop a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan.At the end of January a presentation of all the plans will be carried out and LIASA has been invited to the idea exhibition, as if it were an international consultory, to integrate the CSR in the company and thus be more competitive. We are delighted to collaborate in education with Rovira i Virgili University.The CSR is defined as the active and voluntary contribution to improving social, economic and environmental issues by companies, usually with the aim of improving their competitive position, value position and their value added.
